Akcire and I spent a few nights this week working on some brand-new stuff for the store. Here’s some sneak-peeks of the new merchandise before I put it in the store on Monday!

You may know that we’ve added several new items to our Etsy store, but did you also know that some of our tiny mushroom ornaments are for sale in Regretsy’s Holiday Regrets Store? They been flying off the shelves, so if you want some, you better get them soon.

As for my resolution this year to make one thing a day… Well, it hasn’t worked quite as I was expecting it to, but come New Years, I am going to put a renewed effort into offering up one piece of random craft/art/food every day!

I’ve just added a bunch of charms and some other nifty little bits of jewelry to the Etsy store! Stop on in if you need some cute and inexpensive Christmas presents.

What’s new with the guild? All sorts of things. I’m still working on the new photosplosion, but it should be up soon. I went to WAR’s NERO event last weekend at Ashton and had a great time. Both IceJames and I are headed to NERO Cincinnati’s Beronis again this coming weekend. We can’t wait to see all the new friends we made last time!

This weekend IceJames and I went larping with the Nero Cincinnati group at Framlingarhalan.  It was quite an adventure and we can’t wait to go back.  During the weekend we were far away from computers.  So this week I’ll be posting more of our products into the Etsy store.  Check the store for new accessories and other trinkets.

It’s coming!  Less than a week until the Guild of Mallow invades Columbus.  We’ll be debuting some fun new items at the convention, so come on out to our booth.   We love to meet new people and  we’ll also be taking commissions for hand-drawn buttons, so if you have a favorite character, bring us a reference and we’ll make you a button!

Before some of the new things go up in the shop tomorrow, I thought I’d give a brief overview of some of the stuff the guild has been up to during the summer.

It has been a busy few months for us, hence the lack of posts. Late in May, IceJames and I actually went LARPing for the first time ever. It was definitely a new experience and something we’re looking forward to doing again in August! The folks as Nero Cincinnati were really cool about letting us NPC for just a few hours, but in August, we’ll be going to an event for the whole weekend.

We also visited a pretty fun store down at Newport on the Levee. It just opened and has lots of fun stuff for those that like the medieval side of things. It’s called The Dragon’s Hoard and if you’re ever in Cincinnati you should totally stop by. The store is run by a man whose name-tag declares him the “Cap’n” and he’ll let you try on anything in the store.

IceJames and I have also been working on settling into our new house. Over the course of the summer we’ve had several visitors of the critter variety including families of groundhogs and chipping sparrows.  Akcire also visited us for a while, baking cakes and experimenting with fondant.

Hi everyone, Akcire and I had a great time at IkasuCon this weekend. We got to meet a lot of new people, including a particular group of “stalkers” who loved our buttons. ^.^ Anyhow, we’ve got some fun pictures and some new merch to post to our Etsy site. Hopefully I’ll get around to throwing that stuff up on the websites tomorrow. Thanks to everyone who came to visit our booth. Now to gear up for MatsuriCon!

Chaos has recently had the reins of the Guild. Life it somewhat on a rampage, but at least IceJames and I are moving into a house finally. Hurray! Anyhow, we’re attempting preparations for OMGcon, but I’m also working 50+ hours a week at the moment. Anyhow, we look forward to the convention, even if we’re pulling our hair out to make it there.
